Here at Great Kratom Shop, we strive to get your order to you and complete shipping and delivery as quickly and easily as possible. Orders placed before 12 PM EST Mon–Fri will leave our Spartanburg, South Carolina warehouse the very same day.

Processing Time: Processing refers to order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders placed before 12 PM EST are sent to our warehouse, processed, and shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking code to the email address you used to place the order.

US Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse in Spartanburg, South Carolina, to the destination. Orders are shipped by the US Postal service, FedEx, and UPS.  With USPS Priority, on average you can expect it within 2-3 business days for the East Coast or 3–4 business days for the West Coast. Please note: these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns:

All sales are final and zero returns.  If there is a defect, it must be alerted to us within 48 hours of it being marked delivered.  After 48 hours you are on your own.
